Scalable mini-PS4L Probe Systems: Flexible and Upgradeable Testing

The mini-PS4L series of probe systems are built using a similar concept as our patented Probe System for Life (PS4L) Architecture. The base system is built on a 300 mm x 300 mm metric breadboard and that allows the user to configure the system to meet the application and budget. The system sub-assemblies can be moved around when required to address their testing requirements – die, partial wafers, packaged parts and more. The systems are simple to use and can be configured to meet various applications – DC, HF, OPTO and more. Several different accessories can be added to enhance the system capabilities – manipulators, probe arms, probe tips, CCTV Systems, optics and more. The small footprint and light weight mini-PS4L systems are sold as a kit. If and when the user outgrows the mini-PS4L capabilities a full credit of the original purchase price can be applied to the larger and more versatile PS4L platform.
